1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products purchased during sale or clearance offers
Customized or made-to-order products
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email us at hello@taneerbypaisley.com within 2 days of delivery.
Share your order details and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return process.

Reverse pickup may be arranged depending on your location.
In some cases, customers may need to self-ship the product.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
You can request an exchange for size or another product.
If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund (if applicable).

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Reverse shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to:
- Damaged product
- Incorrect item received

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share clear images of the product and packaging for quick resolution.
